Product Details Solid Canadian maple wood — harvested exclusively in Canada Size: 16 x 10 inches Laser engraved front for display; plain back for everyday cutting Grooved finger grip on each end for easy handling Available with or without a display stand Made to order in our Ontario workshop Care Instructions Cleaning your board: Wipe with a damp cloth and a small amount of vinegar and water to remove food residue and disinfect. Never put in the dishwasher or let soak in water. Wipe with hydrogen peroxide to remove any remaining bacteria. Oiling your board (use food-grade mineral oil — available at any pharmacy): Start with a clean, dry board. Apply mineral oil with a soft cloth in an even layer over the wood. Let it soak in, then remove the excess. Oil every 3–4 months in normal climates; monthly in dry or cold climates. Please include your personalization details at checkout.
