We strictly do not accept designs found publicly on the internet. No "Creative Commons" Claims: We cannot digitize a generic internet image or Creative Commons design and claim it as your exclusive custom transfer. If a design can be found via a simple image search, it will not be considered a "unique" design. No AI Designs: We do not accept AI-generated layouts. Unsure? How to Order To get started, you must upload your design in a TRUE VECTOR format and provide the following details: 1. File Format: We strictly accept .ai, .svg, or .png files only. ⚠️ CRITICAL FOR .SVG: Your SVG must be vectorized. We do not accept SVGs that contain embedded images (JPEGs/PNGs saved inside an SVG container). 2. Approximate Size: Because punch sizes are fixed, the design size cannot be changed once digitized. If you need both Adult and Youth sizes, you must specify this now. Requests made after the proof is sent will require a new setup fee. 3. Color Selection: Specify which colors you’d like to use (see our color chart in the thumbnails). Pricing & Timeline Digital Proof: You will receive a mockup and a per-transfer price quote within 3–5 business days. Transfer Costs: Most transfers range from $7.00 – $12.00 each, depending on complexity. Designs with 4+ colors will fall on the higher end of the scale. Order Minimums: There is a 5-piece minimum for all initial custom orders. No minimums apply to reorders!
