Custom Stencil Request Guidelines Custom stencils are available for an additional $10 per stencil. Payment is due no later than July 3 (7 days before the event on July 10th) No exceptions. Any custom stencil payment received after July 3rd will not be accepted, and a custom stencil will not be created. Before submitting payment, enter the following in the "Add an Order Note" section: Your email address Your requested custom stencil phrase All custom stencil requests are subject to review and feasibility. Maximum of 2 lines and up to 9 words total. Not all phrases can be accommodated due to size, design, or production limitations. A notification will be sent if your requested phrase cannot be created. Submission of a phrase does not guarantee approval. Approval will be confirmed after review.
