Just add the service to your cart alongside your string order. Manufacturer's Warranty Every string we build is covered by our manufacturer's warranty. If your string fails due to a defect in our materials or craftsmanship, we'll make it right. Covered: Strand separation under normal use, serving issues from the build, material defects. Not covered: Dry firing (this voids any string warranty — from any maker), damage from improper installation, or normal wear over time. This is our build. Our warranty. If it's on us, we own it.
