A sublimation gang sheet is a large format print sheet — up to 22 inches by 240 inches — that fits multiple designs in one print run. Instead of printing each design individually you pack them together on one sheet, significantly reducing the cost per transfer. Popular for mug wraps, tumbler wraps, and polyester sublimation items. All Mugsie gang sheets are printed in the USA and dispatched within 24 hours. Does sublimation work on cotton fabric? No — sublimation does not work on cotton. Sublimation requires polyester or a sublimation coated surface to bond correctly. For cotton t-shirts, hoodies, and cotton blends use our DTF transfers instead. For hard uncoated surfaces use our UV DTF transfers. What size gang sheet should I order? Choose based on your project volume. The 22 by 12 inch sheet is ideal for testing and small samples. The 22 by 60 inch is our most popular size for regular production fitting approximately 10 to 12 mug wraps. Can I use sublimation on dark coloured items? No — sublimation ink is transparent so the colour of the blank shows through the design. Sublimation only works correctly on white or very light coloured blanks. For dark coloured hard surfaces use our UV DTF transfers. For dark fabric use our DTF transfers.
