We use only professional Sawgrass inks impregnated into TexPrint R sublimation paper at the exact density you need for your unique product requirements. We know with all the variables of sublimation printing, it is extremely important to use quality prints to deliver consistent, reliable results. For best results, we recommend you use a heat press and follow manufacturer's instructions for pressing your product. Things like humidity, temperature, and pressure can cause a wide variation in your results, so it's our recommendation to have a few practice pieces available when you're trying out a new material. SUBLIMATION PRINT SIZES We offer 6 sizes of paper. When choosing your size, please keep in mind that we need about 1/4" white margin around the edge of the paper. (Discount applies automatically to cart.) ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED IF YOU UPLOAD LICENSED MATERIAL. If you are not the trademark owner of an image, we need a production release to print the artwork for you. We can use just about any image file type, though our web hosting service will only allow some of these files to be uploaded. If you can't upload your chosen file, please just check the box and email us your artwork with your order number (starts with BT) as the subject line. Minimum 300 dpi at final size for best results We accept nearly any file type. Our order of preference is ai, psd, pdf, eps, svg, jpg, png, gif. We can also accept Silhouette Studio files and (we think) Cricut files. Give us a few extra days for those last two as we are not nearly as proficient with that softwares :) Please remember that most items require reversing before printing so they aren't mirrored on your final project. Be sure to check the box if we need to mirror your file. All paper sizes require 1/4" white border to ensure best results. Please submit ready to print files. For example, if you want 3 separate images on an 8.5 x 11 print, send us one file sized at 8.5 x 11 with the 3 images on it. If you aren't sure how to do that, we do offer design services starting at $5.00 to group artwork for best per-print value. We keep all customer art on file for 2 years from last order. If you would like reprints, please include your previous order number for fastest processing. PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING Sublimation transfers are different than iron-on appliques. You need a heat press to apply. Sublimation transfers do NOT print white ink and must be printed on light or white backgrounds. For best results, use 100% polyester fabric or products specially forumlated for sublimation We print exactly the size you specify. Since everyone has a different idea what an "adult t-shirt" size should be, we rely strictly on your measurements. Please do not ask us to guess. We can remove backgrounds for a $5/project fee. We offer rush service, and can express ship in some circumstances. Please text our business phone number if you place a rush order so we are sure not to miss it in the holiday rush! We don't print licensed images unless you provide a release. (I.e., if you send us an NFL logo, we will refund your money.) We turn around in 0-2 business days. Sometimes we print within 15 minutes of receiving an order, so ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL once we receive artwork.
