Your custom design will be sent to you via email for approval before tooling begins. Minimal adjustments can be made during the approval process. Once your design is approved, no additional design changes can be made. If you would like a brand or personal logo included, please email a clear photo/file to [email protected] after ordering. Because each pair is individually designed and handmade, tooling and leather coloring may vary slightly. TURNAROUND TIME: These sandals are completely custom and made to order. Turnaround time depends on my current workload but is typically 5–8 weeks from the date your design is approved. Custom sales are final.
