Email: [email protected] Custom Order Information Please note that this listing is priced at $0 as every wedding package is individually quoted based on your requirements, quantities, materials and design details. Once we have discussed your wedding needs, a personalised quote will be provided. Upon acceptance of the quote, an invoice will be issued. Payment terms for large custom orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and commence design work. The remaining balance is due prior to collection or dispatch of your completed order. Production will not commence until the deposit has been received. Production Time As all items are custom-made, production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to ensure availability for your wedding date. Most wedding orders require approximately 2–6 weeks from final design approval. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. Design Approval Proofs will be provided for approval where required. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all spelling, dates and details before approving designs for production. Shipping & Delivery Local delivery is available throughout the South Burnett region by arrangement. As all wedding pieces are custom-made and varies in size, weight, and materials, shipping costs are not included in the quoted price. Postage will be calculated and confirmed prior to production based on the dimensions and weight of your completed order. For larger or fragile items, alternative delivery or collection options may be discussed to ensure your order arrives safely.
