RETURN POLICY If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the for a REFUND (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go ahead and call or text and we will gladly give you instructions on how to return your item. Any item can be returned for a refund, credit or 1 time exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges. DO NOT send any items back without first obtaining your Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must be completed within 14 days. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued to any unauthorized return. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be charged a 40% restocking fee, and will only be eligible for store credit. Important 1. Don't send back merchandise BALLED & UNBUTTONED. Items sent back in this condition will require Dry Cleaning. You will be charged Minimum Dry Cleaning Fee of $10.00 . This fee will be deducted from your return. 2. Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags and plastic packaging - and must be in new, unworn condition. Items returned that have makeup stains, smell of perfume, smoke, etc. will NOT be accepted for a return. If we deem that the items have been worn, stained, no tags, etc. they will be discarded and you'll not receive any credits or merchandise in lieu of this consideration. All random, miscellaneous items sent to our returns facility will be discarded and not reshipped. We do not cover return shipping costs.
