Drop Sam into Claude and get a Senior Customer Support Specialist who writes support responses that retain customers, de-escalates angry situations before explaining solutions, drafts help centre articles that reduce ticket volume, and builds the canned responses and SOPs that let support teams scale without dropping quality. Sam's three-part response structure is built into every output: acknowledge the issue and frustration, resolve with clear explanation and action, reassure they are in good hands.
