The customizations are cut from a vinyl and heat transfer process to be more durable than embroidery that can easily snag on objects. All patches come standard with hook attachment (velcro) sewn to the back. Once in the Customizable ID Panel app, you will enter into the design phase where you are able to see a preview of your patch in real time. Please be aware that the preview does not represent actual patch length. The length will vary depending on the number of characters and compatible product. Will my patch be made this way?The live preview is just an approximation of appearance, and your finished patch may appear different. Panel orders with fewer characters automatically get shrunk down to a length that does not stretch or compress the lettering significantly. Some of my characters appear to bleed off the preview. Will they be cut off on the final product?No, our program will automatically resize the panel to fit every character in the ID panel.
