Simply send us your Lacelle Wig (the original logo must still be attached, or proof of purchase is required), and we’ll professionally restore it using specialized clarifying treatments designed to revive the hair’s softness, texture, and overall appearance as much as possible. Our goal is to extend the life of your Lacelle Wig and have it looking and feeling its best again. Before purchasing this service, please email photos of your Lacelle Wig to [email protected] with the title ''Reboot request''. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Lacelle. Please note that we will do our best to restore your wig; however, results cannot be guaranteed. If the wig has not been properly maintained, the hair may already be weakened, and the restoration process may cause additional shedding or breakage.
