Create Your Own 4-Sided Wool Felt Banner That'll Last Generations! Select up to 10 letters on 3 rows and National Pennant™ will custom cut and sew appliquéd wool felt letters onto your 4-sided wool felt banner. National Pennant™ banners and pennants are hand cut and sewn using 100% cotton thread and wool felt made of 70% wool and 30% viscose rayon. 4-sided banners are approximately 24" wide x 18" tall, with 1/2 inch grommets in each corner. Each National Pennant™ 4-sided banner has a 1" wool felt border sewn around the edge to provide strength for hanging. Since every National Pennant™ banner is handmade to your exact specifications, please allow 5 weeks to produce.
