Basically, in partnered play, the Grind Ring is worn by one partner over their penis or strap-on dildo, anchoring the grinding surface to their body. The second partner then straddles the first partner and Grind Ring and uses the textured surface mound to grind against during sex. If worn over a penis, the Grind Ring will stretch enough to pull the testicles through the hole too, although this is completely optional.
