Bring Your Character Into the Real World. - Each custom plush is skillfully handmade - Quality ensured same with Plushshop quality - Perfect way to treasure your imagination How to order, Please before buying: We will provide the design accordingly, but you are also welcome to send your drawing for reference if you want. 1) Send us a photo for characters u want to do the customized plush to discuss the details u want for the design;2) Send us your order no.after payment; 3) Pls make order for the complicated design option if u wanna ur customized plush to include with outfit/hat/accessories etc. 4) Please note: This product is custom-made according to your specifications. Once production begins, cancellation, withdrawal, and return rights may not apply where permitted by applicable law. The process after payment for customized plush working as below: 1) We will finish the design within 3-5 working days according to your pictures or info what you give for u to check whether it ok or not after ur payment; 2) We will work on the plush sample after the design confirmed, it usually finish within 45-60 days. If there is any change for the sample, then it has to go back to the second sample which will take another 10-20 days depends on the complicated changing on the sample. 3) Only 1 time changing the sample included. Additional cost will be charged if there is the third sample been required. Notice: Pls understand that we do NOT accept to change the design once you confirmed the design to start to make the sample. 4) Once the sample plush confirmed, we will ship to u in a box packing. 5) Plushshop keep the right to make the same character in different design in the future. Please understand that Plushshop reserves the right to create and publicly sell different designs of custom orders for well-known characters in the future (this does not include your OC). Custom orders provide a service to create a unique plush, but not exclusive rights to the character itself. To show our appreciation, Plushshop will send you the different design of your custom plush for free if there is future demand for the same character. Pls NOTE: When we proceed with a redesign of a custom character, our team will create a new different design based on the original characters Please understand that the final design and product are developed independently, customers will NOT have the right to request revisions or evaluate the level of similarity between the new design and your customized design. As character designs are inspired by the same source, certain features may naturally resemble one another — this is part of maintaining the character’s recognizable identity.
