Prices vary depending on the level of detail and materials involved, and what I have sourced that is on hand or pending if I can resource materials. A $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Trucker hats listed in the shop are either premade or partially completed, and may be personalized further in case by case – but they cannot be recreated for a “from scratch”, as each one is unique. Personalization Guidelines for CUSTOM orders: Monograms or names are optional (fees applicable). Custom text is printed exactly as written on your order. Additional text may incur a small fee. Be specific with notes (e.g., “black hat” vs. “black lentering”). No customization notes = iten will be made as listed Sizing & Policies:Buyers are responsible for choosing the correct size. I will provide measurements of listed hats in the shop for you. Seller is not responsible if buyer chooses the incorrect size on a custom order. The buyer will need to repurchase the item. We’re not liable for lost/damaged packages after shipping. If a package is marked “delivered,” we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Missing orders may be replaced after 30 days if not delivered. Custom orders FINAL SALE. Garment Care:Spot clean ONLY and hang dry. Do not iron the design, machine wash, or tumble dry - no exceptions. High heat may cause shrinkage or damage. In the event anything were to come loose from your custom jacket (fees may be applicable if due to buyer error), we will make repairs. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from the shop for repairs. Shipping:Processing takes 3-5 weeks + shipping. Shipping to Disney resorts is an option, but any delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Need it faster? Orders placed close to deadlines without prior notice are non-refundable if delayed.
