Why? The size you choose refers to the wearable (inner) area of the saddle where your lobe rests. However, saddles have larger outer widths and heights than typical plugs to help them stay in place- very similar to double flared plugs. See second photo for reference. We ask you keep this in mind when selecting a size as these larger outer areas may be a challenge for some to insert properly. Some may prefer a more fitted look or are intending on continuing their stretching journey while others may want a more looser fit, especially at larger lobe sizes.
