* PREORDER * expected to arrive late Aug / early Sept With the breakout enthusiasm for the Cuticles debut LP, 'Major Works' back in 2023, Siltbreeze could hardly wait for a followup. Entitled 'More Joy' it more than lives up to its name. The ensuing years have seen some changes however; gone is Lisa Preston (Nux Vomica, The Portage) and in her place has come Albert King (keys 'n git ) + vocalist and poly instrumentalist/whip snapper, Folina Vili. So the names have changed, but the attack is still rapid fire, gnarled pop corkers, 21 this time to be exact. Should you be totally unfamiliar, imagine an enlightened Dunedin Sound on Adderall; the chassis might resemble 80's Doublehappys or Goblin Mix, but that hemi'd combustion is firing straight up Cuticles 2026 horsepower. Warts 'n all, never looking back, 'More Joy' is roaring straight for thine skull and you could do worse than hop on and enjoy the ride. It's a doozy.
