Cuvée Nature is the base cuveè of Nicola Gatta. It's a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine is fermented in tonneaux and is then bottled to make the second fermentation, wh ere it stays on the lees for 30 moons. It has rich and aromatic aromas of yellow fruit and pastry, still fresh and vibrant, with great identity. Show more
