The maceration of the grapes took between 3 and 4 days and controlled alcoholic fermentation at 24°-28 °C, between 7-10 days, on peel. After a year of aging in barrels and vats, the wine was blended, after which another six months of aging followed in the bottle.TASTING:Dark ruby red, with aromas reminiscent of ripe blackberries, driedplums and fine spicy touches of pepper and cloves. The taste ispleasant, ample, elegant and versatile. Black berries, well-integratedtannins and the long and silky finish, define the undeniable quality ofthe wines of Tohani.SERVE: 15°-16° Celsius.
