The organic Trebbiano grapes are soft pressed before they are left to ferment spontaneously, and before the finished wine is aged on the fine lees and bottled without clarification . The wine is straw yellow in colour. Fresh and floral with notes of white berry flower, peach and balsamic notes in the aftertaste. Ideal with fish, it goes very well with appetisers and delicate main dishes. Show more
