It brings the full simulated-process system together so you can print detailed, multi-color artwork on dark garments over a white underbase with bright color and a controlled hand. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check opacity, hand and wash-fastness. What it prints on Cotton Polyester Cotton/poly blends Dark garments (printed over a white underbase) Printing & curing Mesh: fine mesh (200–355) to hold halftone dots and fine detail for simulated-process work on darks Squeegee: 65, 75 or 80 durometer — or a 70/90/70 triple durometer for sharp edges with easy fill Flash: 240–260°F between colors Cure: bring the full ink film to 330°F — always confirm with a temp gun or donut probe, not dryer air temp Recommended companion products Nylon Bond 289 Additive — mix into this ink to bond prints to nylon and other slick synthetics (catalyst; stir in a small amount, limited pot life, always test first). Quick Flash Reducer — thins the ink for easier printing and finer detail without killing opacity. Soft Hand Base — add for a softer, lighter hand feel on the garment. Badass Puff Additive — mix in for a raised, high-rise puff effect. For an exact, verified match, our UMX® system mixes to your target. Safety, PPE & storage Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; avoid prolonged skin contact with uncured ink. Print with adequate ventilation; curing releases vapors — vent your dryer. Always stir the ink before use — standard practice to re-blend any settling. Storage & shelf life: keep sealed and out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1–2 years for standard inks; low-cure and all-polyester inks must be stored at 60–80°F. In high heat expect some expansion in the container — open carefully. Do not freeze. Uncured ink is not hazardous waste but should be handled and disposed of per local regulations.
