HOW TO USE THE UNTAMED ME CYCLE JOURNAL Begin on the first day of your bleed - Day 1. Use this journal as part of your end of day practice and drop into how you and your body are feeling. Record the uniqueness of what only you are feeling on every day of your cycle. Start in the Cycle One box and journal your way through every day of your cycle in the Cycle Once box on each different page. Then when your next cycle comes you can journal in the Cycle Two box on every day and so on. By the end of this journal you will have recorded how your body has moved through every day of four cycles. You can then use these observations to build Your Unique Rhythm by looking at the trends of how you were feeling on every day of your cycle. Record them in Your Unique Rhythm builder at the back of the journal and use that to inform how you move through your days in alignment with the natural flow of your inner cycle energy
