HOW TO USE THE UNTAMED ME CYCLE PLANNER Begin on the first day of your bleed - Write the day and the date next to Day 1 on your planner. Then fill in the rest of the dates from Day 1 all the way through to Day 28 to complete your whole cycle. Now fill in all the appointments, events and things to do on the dates you are committed to. Take some time to see in what seasons these fall and ask yourself - How can I support myself to be able to honour my body and honour my commitment?
