Avoid direct contact with moisture/perfumes. Put on the piece after wearing makeup, Hairspray and perfume. Let it dry or wipe the piece with a cotton cloth, to make sure it doesn't remain wet or sweaty, before storing it back. In that case use plain 100% cotton cloth OR white color Polishing cloth. After removing the jewelry, a gentle wipe before storing is recommended. 3. Jewelry like guttapusalu or any jewelry overloaded with pearls / stone jewelries need to be handled with utmost care and caution. 4. It is a very common nature of silver to get oxidized ; In that situation, using Re polishing / cleaning with a silver shine solution could help gain the shine back.
