Forrest HibbitsThis 1940s watercolor on paper portrait is by California artist Forrest Hibbits (1905-1996). Hibbits graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts. He exh ibited at SFMOMA, the de Young Museum, the Oakland Museum of Art, and the Legion of Honor.
