Forrest Hibbits This 1934 graphite on paper figure is by California artist Forrest Hibbits (1905-1996). Hibbits graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts. He exhibit ed at SFMOMA, the de Young Museum, the Oakland Museum of Art, and the Legion of Honor. Hibbits worked as a commercial artist at Patterson & Sullivan, a San Francisco ad agency in the 1920s-1930s. 1934 Graphite on Paper 12"x17.5" unframed Estate stamped lower right. Good vintage condition, minor tear in the upper left and bottom. Show more
