Capsicum annuum. Medium to hot thin-walled chiles, 3-6" in length. When red ripe they have a nice tart-fruity flavor. An Abiquiu family worked with a chile variety from Santa Clara Pueblo and adapted it to this short season area where chiles are rarely grown. From our Seed-Bank Collection.
