Origin From the cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian, China — the birthplace of rock oolong, prized for the minerality the terroir imparts. How to brew (gongfu style) 5g per 100ml at 95–100°C (203–212°F). Quick rinse, then steep 15–25 seconds for the first infusion, adding a few seconds each round. Rewards 6+ steeps.
