You can let them ship to your house or if you live close you can choose to pick them up in Amsterdam. After completing your order, I will contact you regarding the pick up appointment. Is your country not listed in the shipping options? Get in touch to discuss opportunities. We will always pack our items with care, use recycled bubble wrap and use fragile stickers for the box. However, as we sell fragile items, it cannot always be ruled out that things will go well during shipment. Keep this in mind. Please get in touch when you're items got damaged during shipment. Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order. Let us know beforehand that you will return some items and which ones. Please return them unused and in the original packaging. Costs of shipping is for your own bill. If the items return damaged, then no refund will be given to the buyer. You can also bring them back to me, just let me know in the e-mail and we can schedule a bring-back appointment.
