This Daftmill 2008 Summer Batch Release was a marriage of seven first-fill bourbon casks bottled in 2019 at 46%, with just 1760 bottles available worldwide. This was one of the distillery's early large batch releases and caught a lot of hype, but the whisky still stands up very well today and fully deserves its lofty reputation.
