An Asian favorite for pickling but also amazingly eaten fresh! This radish is buried deep in the ground to loosen and amend the soil texture without tilling. This variety will help add nitrogen to the soil as it grows, adding nutrients so you don't have to! Grow these in the early spring or fall for a bountiful crop.
