Damaged Books will be restocked Monday & Friday mornings at 7-10AM EST (stock depending - please note stock is NOT always added. It is STOCK dependent). We do not take requests on Damaged books, so please do not ask for specific books. You can leave us a note with books you already own, however, please note we’re not guaranteed to have damaged books that you do not have each week, it entirely depends on our stock which is changeable weekly. Purchase is assumed at the risk of the buyer Please note, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on Damaged Books. Since it’s hard to keep exact stock of the damaged books, if you purchase one of these, we’ll pick one out for you! Single Books are individual books/standalones. This doesn't include any of the thicker books with multiple stories inside. Collections are the aforementioned thicker books with multiple stories inside with the standard cover. They are not special editions. Special Editions are the books of Willow's that have been made "special" for either subscription boxes or patreon. These can be paperback or hardbacks, with foiling and sprayed edges, sometimes they have dust jackets. They are not Decadent Editions. Decadent Editions are the thick collections containing multiple books, that Willow hosts via Kickstarters, with the 3d gold foiling, hand sprayed edges & custom interiors. Please note, the books you see in the variation images are NOT necessarily the books you will get unless it is specifically stated. Damages can be both EXTERNAL & INTERNAL. Coupons are NOT able to be used on Damaged Books as they are already discounted. * We cannot contact each customer about receiving a duplicate book in their order as we have hundreds of orders a day and only a certain amount of available damaged books.
