Made entirely in Cumbria, using local fruit, every litre of Damaro, is made with one whole kilogram of Lyth Valley Damsons. Damaro can be enjoyed on its own over ice or served long with a mixer, though it is best enjoyed when served as The Lakeland Spritz. Add 50 ml to an ice filled wine glass, add 75 ml of Prosecco, top with 25 ml of soda water. Stir once gently, garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy - preferably with a view of The Lake District and always with friends.
