This stunning, big hitting, limited edition apricot sour is inspired by the Cascade Brewery in the USA, a brewery renowned for making impactful, strong 8+% ABV fruited sours for ov er 12 years. This barrel matured sour started in Somerset as a Belgian triple. Strong, rich and full of phinolics. After maturing and fermenting in 500lt wine barrels with hundreds of kilograms of Kentish apricots the beer has been preserved through fermentation with the lactic acid bacteria.
