Joey Landreth's new signature Fuzz The Bonk Machine V2 is DanDrive’s evolved take on the Joey Landreth signature fuzz, staying 100% true to the raw, expressive character of the original while dramatically expanding its tonal range. At its core, the Bonk Machine V2 is still very much a Zonk-inspired fuzz, delivering everything from soft, reedy textures to full-on, gnarly saturation. What sets the V2 apart is the addition of two powerful tone-shaping tools: a Bias control and a Midrange switch. The new Bias knob opens up an impressive range of voices, from tighter, more focused fuzz tones to sputtery, misbiased textures with plenty of character. The Midrange switch lets you fine-tune the pedal’s response for different guitars, offering the perfect balance whether you’re running single coils or humbuckers. Like the original, the Bonk Machine V2 is designed with real-world players in mind. It uses three temperature-stable germanium transistors, offers more output than a traditional Zonk Machine, and keeps the layout straightforward so you can focus on feel and dynamics rather than menu-diving. To celebrate the release, the first 100 Bonk Machine V2 pedals are available in a special Magenta finish.
