This stylish and very well-made Danish bureau dates from the 1970s and is crafted in beautifully figured teak. Made in Denmark, it reflects the understated elegance and high standa rds of Scandinavian furniture design from the period. The design is both sleek and highly practical. Compact in form, it features a smooth slide-out writing surface, making it ideal for smaller spaces or home offices. Storage is generous and well considered, with three deep drawers to the lower section, two slimmer drawers above, and an open pigeonhole compartment to the centre. The bureau remains in excellent vintage condition, with only the lightest signs of age-related wear. It has been cleaned and freshly oiled, enhancing the warmth and depth of the teak.
