He's known for his flamboyant designs and celebrity clientele, including Lady Gaga, Elton John, and Madonna. In ‘Perfumes: The A-Z Guide’ by Luca Turin and Tania Sanchez, they gave Theo Fennell Scent, a 5-star review, that said in part, “Pitched as an ‘Old-fashioned’ fragrance, it is in fact nothing of the sort, rather a modern masterpiece….It’s hard to say whether Scent is better as a masculine or a feminine. Either way, original, memorable and technically brilliant.” Spicy florals that are voluptuous and creamy weave in and out with powdery woods and vanilla to create a sumptuous, decadent game that draws you in and pulls you back over and over again.
