Russian Red is a type of Daphnia Magna. It is a great nutritional source for betta adults, particularly for digestion. We also keep some with our young fry, the babies will be eate n up while the adults will be gobbled up later when the fry is big enough. They can easily be reared in green water or with spirulina powder/yeast. The daphnia we'll send you are mostly adults and will reproduce extremely quick.
