The all-women crew from Dappled Tonic Water was on a mission to create Oregon-made craft tonic waters and we are excited to to offer our favorite in the Bottle Shop! The richly fla vored Aromatic Tonic is an all purpose tonic naturally flavored with cardamom, vanilla, lemongrass, orange, and more. Taking cues from the aromatic bitters commonly used in cocktails, it pairs equally well with gin, vodka, and tequila, as well as whiskey, rum, and sweet vermouth. Not in the mood for booze?
