The painting of floating seaweed and glistening water was from walking though the water at Garnish beach near Garnish pier, Allihies on the Beara Peninsula. Capturing glistening li ght on water in addition to the movement of the colourful seaweeds below is a wonderful subject i return to again and again. Here we have summer light. Part of the Kenmare Window Art Exhibition 2023 & Coming West Exhibition at Cnoc Bui Arts Centre in Union Hall, West Cork. This painting has since found a home with a Sea Swimmer, which is lovely.
