It has fragrant muscatel notes, is fruitier in style as well as having good length. Darjeeing is a lighter tea and more floral than other Indian teas such as Assam. The refreshing amber infusion more resembles a green or oolong tea rather than a typical black tea. It is an excellent choice as an afternoon tea, best enjoyed without milk, but you can add a dash.
