Harvested on February 6 in the cool mists of the Ku rseong Valley, this single origin, single batch whole leaf tea is crafted from the winter hardy BD 157 cultivar. Carefully high withered and gently brought to medium oxidation, it captures the fleeting freshness of early Himalayan spring. The cup is pale gold and luminous. Intensely fragrant, with a rich yet refined mouthfeel and a lively, elegant astringency, it unfolds into delicate floral and vegetal notes of lilac, daisy, buttercup, and fresh lemon balm.
