Friis Holm calls their La Dalia chocolates 'The Lazy Cocoa Growers Blend', because it is a mix of different sorts cacao beans. When they asked the farmers to sort the beans into th e different sorts, they said no! So as a friendly banter, we thought that was a bit lazy! But luckily enough, we now get to enjoy this fantastic chocolate with a mix many different sorts.
