Our Classic Dark Bamboo Whisk has been used in Japanese tea ceremonies for centuries. It gently whisks matcha (and hojicha) into a smooth, frothy texture — the traditional way. Perfect for when you want to prepare matcha (and hojicha) with intention and authenticity. To keep your bamboo whisk in great condition, follow these simple steps: Before use, soak it briefly in warm water to soften the tines. After whisking, rinse with warm water only—no soap. Shake off excess water and allow it to air dry. Store it properly by placing it on a whisk stand to preserve its shape and extend its lifespan. Please note that the Classic Dark Bamboo Whisk only comes with the black Odd Balance box. The whisk does not include the other products shown in the photos.
