DEHYDRATOR DARK is a liquid for degreasing and drying the nail plate before applying the material. It is necessary for better adhesion of the nail to the material. This liquid is r ecommended for use on nails and hands with increased moisture. APPLICATION METHOD: 1. Perform a manicure, shape the nail, and remove the shine from the nail plate with a buffer; 2.
