Dark Green Zucchini is a popular garden variety prized for its early and abundant production of tender, dark green zucchini. Healthy, bush-type plants are space savers in the garde n and produce consistently over a long period of time. Frequent harvesting will further enhance their production. The tender, thin-skinned, green zucchini are best picked at six to eight inches long and are great for sautéing, steaming and roasting. Larger zucchini work well for juicing and baking.
