Our Dark Raine is a single origin Sumatra Mandheling wet hulled process coffee. It has a rich full body with notes of chocolate and hints of sweet tobacco. We roast this one just d ark enough to give you that darkness you seek but still maintain its origin notes. Fun fact we named this after one of our daughters, I was roasting one day and she was "helping" me and I got distracted and lets say the roast went further than I intended. I cupped it and it was great so we kept it in our line up! Show more
