DARK SCOTCH BASE is a medium-acidity base coat designed for use under hard materials, camouflage and low-acidity bases, and for extensions with gel tips. Apply a thin layer of the clear SCOTCH BASE undercoat and cure for 60 seconds. Apply a camouflage base, gel polish, or perform nail strengthening. (The sticky layer from the base must be removed before strengthening). Apply a top coat and cure for 90 seconds.
