We start with high quality Brazilian coffee beans that provide a strong caramel backbone and then accent them with a wonderful and high quality earthy bean from Indonesia (Sumatra). We roast these beans individually and perfectly dark to keep their original essence and then we blend them to truly get the best of both worlds. This is the coffee you drink black at 6am, when you don’t want surprises—just depth, warmth, and a complex but clean finish.
